The Mercer has developed a world class program similar to the iconic bars at London’s Connaught and Duke’s hotels, where Martinis tailored to each guest’s preference, in a sophisticated atmosphere. Complimenting that is an American Bistro menu with classic timeless dishes.

Guests can begin with an icy cold martini and items from the fresh raw bar featuring oysters, seafood platters, sushi hand rolls and of course caviar.

Not all the offerings are highbrow by any means.

Guests can also share our house made Pigs-in-a-Blanket made from heritage beef encased in our flaky pastry dough. The Mercer’s Chopped Wedge Tower will surely be a crowd pleaser for those looking for a big flavorful salad. Main offerings range from elevated sandwiches featuring a Lobster Roll Sandwich with both big chunks of knuckle and claw lobster, a classic French Dip made from house-roasted Prime Rib, and our signature Dry-aged Burger. The Mercer will also has pasta features, seafood, steaks and chops and much more.

After dinner service, The Mercer transforms into a lively cocktail lounge with upbeat music, and low lights.
